How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?
- Your satisfaction is of utmost importance for us. Upon the arrival of your order, we suggest you open and check your package. Please try them on as soon as possible without washing them and removing the tags.

Are there any charges for return:
- If it is not the quality problem, we are not responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

- To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original condition.
- Please send us your return request within 7 days upon receiving the parcel.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a trackable shipping service.
- Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- Your refund credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 working days once your return is received and inspected.
We Will Issue a Full Refund for any Defective, Damaged or Mis-Shipped Items.
